• Exchanges & Store credit are welcomed within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are valid after 48hrs of delivery.
• NO refunds for pay later orders, only exchanges or store credit are available.
• Fees for returns and exchanges are covered by the purchaser.
• We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels attached. 
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order.
• Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.
• All returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse.
• We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt from the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
