EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- Exchanges & Store credit are welcomed within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are valid after 48hrs of delivery.
- NO refunds for pay later orders, only exchanges or store credit are available.
- Fees for returns and exchanges are covered by the purchaser.
- We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order.
- Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.
- All returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse.
- We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt from the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- FINAL SALE: Sale items marked cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be issued for items marked as final sale.
